National Village Halls Forum is closing - National Village Halls Network is launched

Following the AGM in January 2016, the Executive Committee have, with regret, decided that the NVHF will close.   The formalities may take a little while but the Forum is no longer active.

In it's place, we are very pleased to announce that the National Village and Community Halls Network has been launched by ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England).  This  provides an opportunity for members to air their views and consolidate them in the development of policies in support of village halls and similar rural community buildings.

Full details of the network, how to join it and the ACRE press release can be found on  http://www.acre.org.uk/our-work/village-halls-network.php.

We urge all our members and all village hall representatives to join the National Village Halls Network.
